What will I see... and what can I eat?
Friday night’s kick off event will be a 25th Birthday Bash for Cook’s Illustrated magazine with food from Seattle’s best chefs. Saturday’s ATK EATS tasting event will feature tents on Pier 66, sponsors, music, restaurants, and demonstrations by the cast and test cooks from America’s Test Kitchen and Cook’s Country from America’s Test Kitchen. I have a special diet or food allergies; is this event for me?
We try our best to accommodate all. We will denote on signage and in the printed guide which menu items are gluten free or vegetarian.

Will there be swag?
Yes! You can buy ATK cookbooks (get them signed by our cast and test cooks!), festival t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hats. There will also be be limited-edition collectables available at Friday evening’s Cook’s Illustrated Birthday Bash.

How much are you actually feeding me? Is there a menu I can look at?
The participating restaurants will provide unlimited sampling. We plan long and hard to ensure none of the restaurants run out of food. We guarantee you will not leave hungry.
